The before pictures have the zeta system installed and in use with the factory bulbs.
The zeta system olny works on the low-beams.
The high beams keep the low beam headlights on.

This is a REALLY Japanese product. You can tell it from the very unique stacked cylinder packaging to the "harogen bulb" written on the bulb packaging.
The manual for the bulbs is only in Japanese, however the manual for the Zeta system is also in very well translated english.
Since this is a Japanese product, it is illegal for road use in the US as it is definately NOT DOT approved!
If you are wondering, the Zeta system is composed of two DC to DC converters that up the voltage (and current) running to the bulbs which makes them show brighter, and therefore in a whiter (higher Kelvin) color.
I was sent the H4 system from a vendor out of New-York instead of the ATO-fuse type, but I didn't really want to tear up my fuse box anyways, so I just used some spade connectors, then sealed it with heat-shring tubing and RTV.
